We are able to record the toolpath into a windows mediaplayer file and make it available for our customers to download from our secure server. Ones we are finished with the cnc program our customers are able to download that from our server as well, so you dont have to wait a second longer than until we have your program ready. If you would like to have a 3D model from your  prototype model or you have a 2D drawing and you would like to turn it into a 3D file for future machining or you just want to upgrade all your old 2D drawings and create 3D models from them we use Alibre design for all our 3D designing needs.
Alibre design allows us to create full 3D models from any kind of drawings or sketches.

We can render photorealistic images from your parts. You can use these images for company presentations, brochures, etc.

If you have production work where the parts are very similar to each other another word they are all in the same part family .  The similarity among workpieces in a family commonly corresponds to the similarity of the machining process used to machine each workpiece in the family. For perfect part families, the same machining process and tooling can be used to machine all workpieces in the family. With conventional CNC programming techniques, this results in a large number of very similar CNC programs. If you find yourself slightly modifying one CNC program to create another, you have a family-of-parts application for parametric programming, another word macro programming. We will create all the drawings and setup sheets as well as time study sheets from your cnc programs.  Sprutcam makes it possible to create your tooling sheets with time estimates how long the machining will take. This is very important for some customer because most machine shops charge by the hour so its crucial to know how long will some job take, before even the work starts.  Also the setup sheets will tell you how to setup your parts on the machine table where to locate your zero points and so on. We can also design fixtures for your parts if needed. The blueprints will be created and the electronic versions of them will be sent to the customer upon completion of the work.
